Adrienne and Mark married in 1992. They met in California at the top of Donner Pass at a Bunk & Breakfast ski lodge. Adrienne was a recent University of Berkeley graduate in Environmental Science and Mark was a self-employed mortgage broker.
Neither had any idea what God had in store for them. Mark started going on mission trips to Africa and came back feeling called into the ministry. He became licensed in California and planted an outdoor church. But, this was not Adrienne's idea of the life she signed up for. Reluctantly, she came along.
